Celebrate completing The Narrows with The Narrows Medal. This medal commemorates one of the most unique and iconic hikes in the United States, located in Zion National Park.

The Narrows takes hikers through the narrowest section of Zion Canyon, where towering canyon walls rise above as you make your way upstream through the Virgin River. Much of the hike involves walking directly in the water, navigating changing river conditions and stunning slot canyon scenery. As one of the premier extreme challenge hikes, completing this route represents a significant achievement for hikers embracing a truly one-of-a-kind adventure.
