Grand Canyon Rim to Rim to Rim Medal
Celebrate completing the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim to Rim (R2R2R) hike with the Rim to Rim to Rim Medal. This medal commemorates one of the most demanding and iconic hiking achievements in the United States, traversing the canyon from rim to rim and back again.
The Rim to Rim to Rim route, often referred to as R2R2R, takes hikers deep into the Grand Canyon, crossing the Colorado River and climbing back out before repeating the journey in reverse. Whether planned as an ultimate endurance challenge or completed as an unforgettable adventure, this hike represents a true test of determination. The medal design reflects the sweeping canyon landscape, featuring the Colorado River and the primary route options along the North Kaibab, South Kaibab, and Bright Angel trails. As one of the premier extreme challenge hikes, completing this route represents a significant achievement for experienced hikers pushing their limits.

My husband and I completed the Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim hike in July 2026 and wanted something to commemorate our accomplishment. The only things sold at the park were Rim-to-Rim. After some online research I came across Hiker Medals and this was perfect! Great quality and the personalization on the back made it extra special. Shipped fast and arrived nicely packaged. We are so pleased with our medal and have it proudly displayed.
Crazy fast shipping. And that included the custom engraving I needed. And they responded to my question about the metal right away. My wife and I were both very impressed by the whole interaction!
I ordered four medals on a Sunday, 4 days before my husband and his friends traveled to the Grand Canyon to do the R2R2R. I even had the medals engraved! The seller is very responsive to messages and the shipping is incredibly fast! 10/10 will order more medals from him in the future.
Love my medal, I had it custom engraved. I ordered it Monday & received it on Thursday.
Custom medals as nice or nicer than the ones given out at races. Craftsmanship, artistry, and quick delivery too!
Arrived quickly. Was the perfect momento for R2R2R.
Great job thank you so much
These metals are heavy duty and very well made. Very happy with them!
My husband loved this medal! It was a birthday gift.
Perfect gift for crazy hikers!
The communication was very good and very fast but I was mostly impressed with how fast I order was filled and delivered to my home. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Loved it! Great quality, really fast shipping. Will order more
I got this medal for my adult son and he loved it. He especially loved that it had the trails on it. Much nicer in person and nice quality. I had a couple of questions for the maker and he responded very quickly and provided good information for me to make my final decision.
My wife surprised me with a Rim 2 Rim 2 Rim medal after completing the hike. When I opened it there was a personalized note to her from Hiker Medals that said they switched out the medal to the R2R2R medal based on the engraving she provided. She didn't even know they had a R2R2R medal when she ordered. Amazing to see that someone actually takes the time to read the engraving...check it against the medal...and make the call to change to the right medal. Above and beyond service. Also incredible value as the medal itself is really nicely made.
Really hearty medal that looks great and shipped super quickly, even with the inscription!
This medal exceeded my expectations! So glad i purchased.
