I have purchased many items via Etsy, but never been more highly satisfied than with the purchase of these Everest Base Camp Medals, for a special event. Firstly the quality is absolutely superb, the craftsmanship, the colours, the weight, all exude quality and class. The matching lanyard is fantastic, and I went for the engraving option, which again was faultless. What's more the customer service from this company was the best I've ever experienced, including proactively refunding some of the carriage costs, when they calculated I had overpaid. The first I knew of it was when the refund came through. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, as they fully deserve a 5 star+ I wish all companies had their ethos - they are brilliant!
This medal is amazing - heavy & substantial. Not cheap at all. The engraving was perfect. And it slipped so quickly! The recipient was nearly brought to tears when she received it!
