How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping within the US is free and can be upgraded to USPS priority or UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air for an additional charge.
International shipments with USPS Priority Mail International is $15 (plus $7 for any additional medals) and with UPS Worldwide Expedited it is $35 (plus $3.50 for any additional medals).
When can I expect my package?
We normally process your order within 24 hours, even with engraving.
We use USPS First Class shipment and these are expected to arrive within 2-5 days (shipping from Texas). Tracking information will be provided.
Upgrading to USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air is possible for a surcharge at checkout.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us, and we will make it right. Even if you made a mistake in your order or your medal is engraved, we will accept returns.
Do these medals come with a ribbon?
Yes. All medals come with a ribbon.
Do you charge sales tax?
For most states we do not need to charge sales tax, however for shipments within Texas we are required by law to charge an 8.25% sales tax.
Can these medals be engraved?
Yes we can engrave these for you for a small fee of $10. Just select ‘Add Engraving’ when selecting your medal. The default is two or three lines on the back of the medal, for example for your (trail) name, to and from location and dates. We will select the best set up option and font that matches your text. You can request a proof by contacting us immediately after placing your order.
Do you provide different color medals?
No we don’t. The only color is the silver color as displayed in the images.
